Real-Time Chat and File Sharing in Video Meetings
Chat, send visuals and documents within the meeting. A link, an address, a screenshot — all with a single click, without interrupting the meeting.
Some things are better shown than said: an order number, a screenshot, a PDF invoice. Bitenta's chat & file sharing works right inside the video meeting — no need to leave the meeting or switch to another app. Open the chat drawer on the meeting screen, chat or send files; messages are delivered instantly via the meeting's WebRTC connection. When chat is closed, an unread badge appears on the button for new messages. All conversations are saved with the meeting record; you can access the chat transcript later from the panel. No setup required for the customer — everything works in the browser.
