Live Video Call Center & Consultation Service on Your Website
Browser-to-browser P2P connection. Does not pass through servers, completely private and secure.

Video support is the fastest way to answer your customer's questions without waiting for back-and-forth typing, as if you were speaking face-to-face. Bitenta offers this through a WebRTC infrastructure that is added to your website with a single line of code and works without requiring any app downloads. Your customer clicks the button on your site, and an instant video call starts in their browser; audio and video are transmitted directly between your representative and the customer, without passing through our servers. This reduces latency and ensures your data remains in Turkey under KVKK regulations.

What is WebRTC-Based Video Call Infrastructure?
WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) is an open web standard that allows modern browsers to transmit audio, video, and data without the need for plugins or applications. It works natively in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge — including desktop and mobile. Bitenta utilizes this standard: your customers don't need to install anything or create an account. They simply click the 'Video Support' button on your site, and if your representative is online in the panel, the call starts within seconds.

End-to-End Encrypted & Secure Video Call Center
During call setup, Bitenta only mediates the signaling phase; audio and video streams are established directly between the representative and the customer. These streams are end-to-end encrypted using DTLS/SRTP — meaning no one, including us, can listen to your calls. Thanks to our STUN/TURN servers in Turkey, connections are usually established with under 200 ms latency; in challenging networks like symmetric NAT, TURN ensures the call continues uninterrupted.

Turkey-Server Based, 100% KVKK Compliant Video Call Software
All metadata is processed on servers in Turkey; since audio and video are P2P, they are not stored on any servers. We sign data processing agreements with our corporate customers under KVKK. No coding knowledge is required for setup: you create a room from the panel and paste the generated single-line script into your site's <head> tag. It is compatible with all platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Ticimax, and custom software.

Frequently asked questions
Do my customers need to download an app for the call?
No. The call works completely within the browser. Your customer clicks the button on your site; no app download, membership, or plugin is required.
Are the calls secure?
Yes. Audio and video are transmitted directly (P2P) between the representative and the customer and are end-to-end encrypted with DTLS/SRTP. The stream does not pass through our servers.
Is the system KVKK compliant?
Yes. Metadata is processed on servers in Turkey, audio and video are not stored anywhere; data processing agreements are signed with corporate customers under KVKK.
Which browsers does it work on?
It works on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, both on desktop and mobile devices.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes. You create a room from the panel and paste the generated single-line embed code into your site's <head> section.
What is the image quality and latency like?
Thanks to STUN/TURN servers in Turkey, latency is under 200 ms for most calls. Connection quality is measured every 2 seconds and alerts the representative if it drops.
How many customers can I talk to at the same time?
The number of simultaneous calls and representatives is determined by your plan; multiple representatives can share the same queue.
